Terminating Employment
Support is provided in respect of all termination of employment situations, including:
- managing change and re-organisation including redundancies
- dismissal following conduct or performance issues
- conducting “off the record” discussions and pre-termination negotiations
- addressing the risk of an unfair constructive dismissal claim following a resignation
- retirement, including assessing any risk of age discrimination
- dealing with notice and notice pay entitlement
- enforcement of post-termination clauses
- provision of references
